    Ifan founded Listers Property Consultants in 2011 and in 2023 he sold the business to the Partners of Miller Commercial. He is continuing with Listers in a Consultant role which will allow him to carry on the great work he has done in the previous 15 years. Ifan honed his experience by doing commercial property asset management in Sydney, residential agency in London and a specialism in south west regional offices. Outside of work he loves to ski, sail and cycle.

  • Thomas Hewitt Head of Development / Senior Commercial Surveyor - Miller Commercial

    Thomas has nineteen years of experience in the local property market under his belt, advising clients in both the residential and commercial sectors. Development sites are his passion, and he specialises in providing holistic advice to his clients throughout the southwest to ensure the most suitable method of disposal is implemented to achieve the maximum value. His experience covers a broad spectrum of development opportunities from selling development plots in prime coastal locations to much needed rural exception sites for affordable housing, as well as selling development opportunities in numerous town centre locations for redevelopment or repurposing. Having acted for his family to sell land via option agreements and on the open market he knows the job from both sides of the fence, and can empathise with vendors during what can be a challenging process. However, his intricate knowledge and technical experience of the planning process allows him to guide his clients and customers through all stages of the sale or development process. As part of our Commercial Agency Team, Thomas uses his expertise to secure the letting, sale and acquisition of commercial property across the industrial, office, retail, development, and investment sectors. A recent highlight of his career includes being awarded one of the top 5 ‘deal makers’ across the whole of the southwest from the prestigious ‘Estates Gazette’. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time on the water with his family and friends and can often be found on the river Fowey or cycling the many back roads of rural Cornwall.

  • Brian Botting Director

    Brian is a Director of Listers Property Consultants as well as a Partner of it's Parent Company Miller Commercial LLP and was a major part of the buy out of Listers in 2023. He is also a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as a member of the Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation. Brian has been in the profession since 1973 and joined Miller Commercial in April 2003. He is a self confessed 'shed' man and loves nothing more than exploring and valuing industrial properties all over the South West. He has previously worked in London, Nottingham, Devon and Cornwall. Brian specialises in valuation, rent review and lease renewal work as well as the assembly, acquisition and disposal of development sites. With responsibility for the Company's graduate scheme, Brian mentorship skills have ensured that so far 14 graduates achieve Chartered status by passing the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence. In his spare time Brian and his wife spend as much time as possible with their 3 children and 5 grandchildren, with their dog Woody coming along for the ride when he can.
