Ifan founded Listers Property Consultants in 2011 and in 2023 he sold the business to the Partners of Miller Commercial. He is continuing with Listers in a Consultant role which will allow him to carry on the great work he has done in the past. Ifan honed his experience by doing commercial property asset management in Sydney, residential agency in London and a specialism in south west regional offices. Outside of work he loves to ski, sail and cycle.
