Rob Luscombe MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

Rob has recently joined us as a Chartered Building Surveyor. He has been a professional member of the RICS since 1992 and a former member of the British Institute of Architectural Technologists. Most recently Rob has been working for Currie & Brown in Plymouth but has also spent many years working for them in the Channel Islands coordinating, managing and undertaking professional Building Surveying work, in the Channel Islands as well as throughout the south-west of England. He has provided a full range of professional services to the private and public sectors for commercial, industrial and residential property, including inspection and preparation of building defect reports, party wall matters, Schedules of Condition and Dilapidations, property and asset management, damp surveys and moisture mapping, contract administration, supervision and valuation of construction work (to name but a few). He specialises in pre-acquisition reporting, dilapidations as well as pre-dilapidations advice and reporting, expert witness work and Planned Prevention Maintenance reporting and advice. Rob is also an APC mentor and counsellor. He lives in East Cornwall.
