Successful Sale of Bush Park HQ Property Achieved Above Asking Price Following Competitive Bidding Process

A landmark office and warehouse property at Bush Park, strategically located near the A38 Parkway and within close proximity to Plymouth city centre, has been successfully sold for a price exceeding the original asking figure following a highly competitive marketing campaign.

The property, extending to approximately 41,145 sq ft (3,822 sq m) on a 1.24-hectare (3.08-acre) site, attracted strong interest from a range of occupiers and investors due to its prominent position, high-quality Grade A fit-out, and rare combination of office accommodation with ancillary warehouse and storage space.



Following an extensive period of interest and multiple viewings, two serious parties were invited to submit best and final offers.
