Freehold Unit Sales Remain Strong
Last month saw Porteous Groundworks move into their new headquarters at Forresters Business Park, Estover, following their purchase of Unit 3 from TD Bailey.
Sale price is undisclosed but Listers were seeking £595,000. Sale demonstrates that the market for vacant freehold industrial units remains buoyant.
